The property is fenced, completely private and includes: GROUND FLOOR VILLA AND EXTERIOR AREA. 1. GROUND FLOOR VILLA: It consists of a spacious LIVING ROOM, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, three BEDROOMS, two BATHROOMS, one half TOILET and LAUNDRY ROOM. With large glass walls, the kitchen is connected to the outdoor terrace where you can spend time cooling off on rattan furniture. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned FIRST ROOM: double bed, wardrobe, desk, tv. SECOND ROOM: double bed, wardrobe, desk, tv THIRD ROOM: two single beds that can be connected to a double bed as needed,wardrobe, desk, tv. LAUNDRY: Clothes washer and clothes dryer. The villa is comfortable for 6 people in the main beds and 1 more people for an extra sofa bed in the living room. 2. EXTERIOR AREA: It consists of a heated pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, rattan furniture under the covered terrace, barbecue, table and chairs.
