From the dining area you have access to the beautiful living room and the outdoor area where the pool awaits a refreshing swim. The large sofas in the living room will make you want to lounge. For entertainment you will find a music sound system with a turntable and a large flat screen TV. On this level you will also find an additional toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine and a storage room. The house is surrounded by a small wall and a beautiful natural green living wall so that you can enjoy a high level of privacy and peace.
