Villa Marta is very nice and modern house all surrounded with fence and privacy. Spacious outdoor heated pool and lounge area with sunbeds for summer moments and chillin.House space its all airconditioned and also sutable for kids .On ground an d first floor house offer two kitchens,two living rooms,,five bedrooms and four bathrooms.Gym space its airconditioned little house with bathroom.Entertaining system in house has Playstation 3, Netflix, Smart Tv, In house is private library on all languages.For guests there is also Badminton and Cricket equipment. Parking of house is in garage and it has two parking space,and parking space for 3 cars in yard.

Villa Marta consists of 2 floors. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining area and livingroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen area with dining space and living space. Also balcony with furniture for relax moments. Outside you can find a heated pool (we got the floaties, don't worry), a gym with its own seperate bathroom, and a dining area with a small kitchen and a barbecue grill.
