This countryside house with outdoor pool and spacious garden is located 35km from town Split. Complete privacy and whole property is on 2000 m2. Outdoor heated pool in size of 42m2. Ideal for 10 people. There is also gym equipment , table soccer. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and two living room areas. Outdoor seated area and deck chairs. There is also barbecue outside area. Kids playground is also available.
Property consists of three floors. First floor is living room area , bathroom with shower and covered terrace with furniture. Second floor is three bedroom and bathroom with bath tub. 3rd floor is kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom and bathroom with bath tub.

House rules
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES 1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment. 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...) 3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM) 4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable. 5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture. 6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated. THANK YOU!
